FAQs

  • I schedule based off due dates but not on due dates. I take your due date and put it in my calendar and ask that once baby is born, you reach out within the first couple days so that I can send you availability.

  • The best time is under 21 days. But I don’t turn away “older” babies. They won’t be as posable and may have to be wrapped but it’s totally possible
    Newborn sessions are held on weekdays in my Jamesville, NY studio. Typically at 10 or 11 AM. Weekend sessions are available but there is a slight upcharge.

  • Practically nothing! I have a huge collection of props, outfits and wraps for baby. I also have a large client closet for mom. If you’d like to bring something special, please let me know before so we can plan on it

  • I adore creative and themed newborn sessions. We can definitely plan on doing one but there may be an extra cost depending on what I need to purchase for your session.

  • Sure will! Just send me a message and remind me!

    Depending on if its RSV or FLU season, I may be wearing one anyway.

    And I’m fully vaccinated against like- well, everything.

  • A nonrefundable retainer is due at booking. And the balance is due 3 days before the session.

    I do offer payment plans as well. Newborn photography isn’t one you should book based off of just prices- I’m always willing to work with people so they can get beautiful photos.

    Safety is so important and professional photographers are trained in newborn safety.

  • Please don’t come if you’re sick.

    You’re able to reschedule one time before having to pay the retainer again.
